Please the following terms and conditions prior to purchasing any services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing design services from Sweet Studio. Co , you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Your agreement to these terms is confirmed upon purchase and is binding.


PAYMENT AND CHARGES 
You (the client) understand that in order for me (the designer) to start any service, you must pay in full the costs of any service that will be provided. No deposits are accepted under any circumstances. The only time a retainer fee is prohibited is when you pay for services over $400. There is the option to pay half, and then full. You also understand that once payment is received the start of the project will begin and all payments are non-refundable.

50/50 Payment Plan: For services with total of $400 or more, there is an option to pay a 50% retainer fee at the start of the project. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the project end date that stated in your welcome email.

  • Auto Pay Requirement: The Client agrees to enroll in an automatic payment system for the remaining balance. Payments will be automatically charged on the agreed-upon installment date to the payment method on file. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the payment method remains valid throughout the duration of the contract.

  • Payment Methods: Payments will be processed automatically via Stripe.

  • Late Payments: If an automatic payment fails due to insufficient funds or an invalid payment method, the Client will have 1 business day to provide an updated payment method. A late fee of $30 will apply after the 1 business day grace period. Services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

  • Final Payment: The final payment must be made 3 days before the completion of the project.

  • Early Termination: In the event of early termination of this contract, any outstanding balance for services rendered will be due immediately, and the autopay system will charge the remaining balance.

 

Additional Costs: Any additional costs incurred during the project will be billed to the Client with prior approval. These costs may include, but are not limited to, additional revisions, extra features, or third-party services.


Refunds
Due to the nature of the services, Sweet Studio.Co does not provide refunds.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargebacks filed without prior communication will be considered a breach of agreement. Sweet Studio.Co will pursue the maximum legal remedy available, including collections or small claims action, to recover funds and damages.

REVISIONS
The designer will provide up to 3 revisions for the client. Website Design and Brand Packaging are provided 5 revisions. Once the client has reviewed the design, the client has 3 opportunities, with no charge, to give full descriptions of the changes needed. Once the client has fulfilled the 3 drafts, they understand there will be an additional $8 fee added for each additional change.

Revisions include color change, title change, font change, or photo change. (Each count as a separate revision)


The client also understands that once he/she has received their final copies for their design, that they can NOT ask for any additional changes. If they do so, you will be charged for the price of a new design. 


TURNAROUND TIME
The client understands that they will receive their design in 5-14 days for Single Services, and up to 28-31 business days/4 weeks for design packages and websites. (Only Open Business Days should be counted). 

We work diligently to deliver services promptly. However, turnaround times could be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to high order volume, personal emergencies, and more. Any extensions will be communicated in a timely manner. Any delays caused by the Client (e.g., failure to provide content or feedback) may result in an extension of the project timeline.

Revisions take 2-3 business days to complete but can take longer depending on work load!
Please also understand communication is key. Delayed responses for design work, can affect your turnaround time. 
 
The turnaround time for all Graphic Design Services, begins when payment has been made, design form is completed and all content (i.e., images, pictures, bio, information, links, etc.) for the design project has been supplied by the CLIENT.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITES 

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide all required materials, including written content, photos, branding elements, and design direction.

  • Purchase and maintain any necessary website platforms, subscriptions, and apps.

  • Secure and connect their domain name and hosting provider.

  • Submit any applicable legal policies such as Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping/Return policies.

  • Maintain their business and personal information within platform settings.

  • Delays or additional fees may occur if requested materials are incomplete or not submitted in a timely manner.

Sweet Studio.Co provides design and setup support only.

​

Clients are responsible for managing ongoing issues related to:

  • Website platform updates

  • Shipping and tax settings

  • Payment gateway configurations

  • Third-party app/plugin performance

  • Technical support should be directed to the respective platform’s customer service team.

Client-Provided Content

  • Content Delivery: The Client agrees to deliver the complete and finalized wording and contet within 7 business days from purchase date .

  • Content Format: The content should be provided in an editable digital format such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or plain text files. All content must be clearly labeled and organized according to its intended use in the graphic design elements.

  • Accuracy and Originality: The Client warrants that all content provided is accurate, original, and free of any copyright infringement. The Client is solely responsible for any legal issues or claims arising from the content provided.

  • Delays: Any delays in providing the required content may result in a corresponding delay in the project timeline. Sweet Studio Co. is not responsible for any project delays caused by the late delivery of content by the Client.

  • Content Revisions: If revisions to the provided content are required after the initial submission, the Client must supply the revised content promptly. Extensive revisions may be subject to additional charges based on the scope of the changes.

Logo and Photo Policy

Logo Submission: If no logo is submitted, your business name will be displayed using a clean, professional font. For best results, logo files should be submitted in high-resolution PNG (transparent) format along with brand HEX codes.

Photo Submission: All submitted images must be high-quality and copyright-compliant. Blurry, low-resolution, or screenshot images may negatively affect your final design.

 

COMMUNICATION 

Forms of Communication:

  • Initial service inquiries may be made through direct messaging via social media, text message(business number), or email.

  • Once an order is placed, all communication must continue via email to ensure clarity and record-keeping.

Email Protocol:

  • Please use the same email thread throughout the duration of your project to avoid delays or missed updates.

  • Project-related messages sent via DM, text, or any platform outside of email will not be acknowledged.

Response Time & Availability:

  • Business Hours: Tuesday – Friday | 10 AM – 6 PM (CST)

  • No responses will be provided on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, or during major U.S. holidays.

  • Emails will be responded to in the order they are received within business hours. 

  • Please allow 1 business day for an email response.


Ghosting Clause
We expect our clients to be very attentive during the design process. Please understand that after you have placed your order, submitted a project proposal, or received design proofs you must respond/or send your information in a timely manner.

  • If you take more than 7 days to respond to emails, you will placed at the end of the queue.

  • If you do not respond or send information within 10 days, you will be charged a $50 restart fee. 

  • If you do not respond or send information in over 15 days, your order WILL be cancelled and you will not be granted a refund under ANY circumstances.

OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS 

  • Ownership of Final Deliverables:
    Upon full payment of all fees and expenses, Sweet Studio.Co transfers full ownership and all intellectual property rights of the final approved designs and deliverables to the Client. This includes all rights necessary for trademark and copyright registration.

  • Source Files:
    The Client will receive all final deliverables and source files in appropriate formats, including vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PSD) and standard export formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, transparent files). Delivery is limited to final approved designs and source files; working drafts, preliminary concepts, or unused designs are not included.

  • Portfolio Use:
    Sweet Studio.Co retains the right to showcase the completed project, including final approved designs, in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials for self-promotional purposes only. Unless stated otherwise in writing, Sweet Studio.Co may also share behind-the-scenes process clips or screenshots on social media and online platforms.

  • Third-Party Materials:
    Any third-party graphics, stock images, or fonts used in the project will be licensed to the Client according to the terms of the respective third-party licenses. The Client is responsible for adhering to these terms and for purchasing additional licenses if needed for broader usage.

  • Client Modifications:
    The Client has the right to modify, edit, or update the final graphics as they see fit. Sweet Studio.Co is not responsible for any issues or liabilities that arise from modifications made by the Client unless such changes are made by Sweet Studio.Co under a separate, agreed-upon service.

  • Backup and Archival:
    Sweet Studio.Co will maintain backups of project files for 12 months after project completion. After this period, retention of project files is at Sweet Studio.Co’s discretion.

  • Unauthorized Use:
    The Client agrees not to use any preliminary work, concepts, or drafts that were not selected as part of the final deliverables unless additional compensation is provided to Sweet Studio.Co.

  • Intellectual Property Warranty:
    Sweet Studio.Co warrants that the final graphics and visual elements provided are original and do not infringe on any existing copyrights. Any claims of infringement will be addressed by Sweet Studio.Co, which will indemnify the Client against such claims.
